Flavor: Sweet and tart, suggesting a combination of pineapple and guava.
Grown between 1000 and 3000-meter altitude
Benefits: low in calories, cholesterol-free, rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, dietary fiber, which makes it a good laxative and protects the colon.
The fruit is slightly cylindrical with the calyx segments adhering to the apex. The thin skin remains deep green.
Eaten fresh or in desserts, ice cream, smoothies and cakes.

Description

Baby banana and feijoa smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 Peeled feijoas
- 1 Baby banana, frozen
- Milk
Add baby banana and feijoas, add roughly double the volume of milk and blend.





3.40 oz. (96.40 g) physalis (golden berry) without husk.
1.12 oz. (0.33 dl) water
1 lime
1.41 oz. (40g) sugar jelly
0.5 orange
Wash the berries and cut them in half. Mix all ingredients in a pot. Bring the mixture to the boil, while stirring. Then let the jam simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool. Pour the jam into a jar.

1 lime juice

½ teaspoon cumin
