BABY BANANA

Flavor: Sweet, smooth and creamy.
Grown between 0 and 2000-meter altitude
Benefits: contains magnesium, selenium, phosphorous, copper, calcium, zinc, iron. It is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, K and pantothenic acid.
Although there are many varieties of bananas, the baby banana (or lady finger) is best eaten fresh because of its sweet taste. Size is 10 to 12.5cm long.
Eat on its own or use in smoothies, cakes, ice cream, desserts.

Baby banana and feijoa smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 Peeled feijoas
- 1 Baby banana, frozen
- Milk
Add baby banana and feijoas, add roughly double the volume of milk and blend.

1 tomato
½ onion
2 ears of corn, oven roasted and kernels removed
1 lime juice
